Deer Mountain

Deer Mountain continues to be a highly sought after country residential community just outside of Sherwood Park, AB to the east of Edmonton. This was a high quality project that sold out very quickly prior to the arrival of the boom market of the mid 2000’s.

This project attracted KalTire and Beaver Plastics to locate in Acheson along with several other industrial land users.


Flex Properties - AB

The Flex Property buildings were developed by Resland in Nisku, AB to offer cost effective flexible lease space that could accommodate various small and medium size industrial users and applications.

Resland maintains an ownership position in the Flex Properties buildings and will look to add projects and locations to its portfolio as market conditions demand.

Mountain Village

In response to the needs of the community, Mountain Village was designed to provide affordable housing in Rocky Mountain House. Mountain Village was a new initiative for Resland at the time in that it was joint venture between with Asset Builders out of Red Deer to develop the subdivision and build and sell the residences as a combined project.

Mountain Village was a very successful project on all fronts as it provided the Town with the housing product the community required and the building/development joint venture worked very smoothly to provide turnkey housing product to homeowners.
